PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All farm products, including but not limited to poultry, pork, rabbit, eggs, vegetables, and seasonal offerings, are subject to availability.

Reservations do not guarantee fulfillment.
THANKSGIVING TURKEY RESERVATIONS
Turkey reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to final availability.
Reservation timing does not create a contractual guarantee of product availability.
Pickup windows and product details may change as necessary.
SALES TERMS
Products are sold directly at the farm, approved pickup arrangements, and participating farmers’ markets.
Pricing, quantities, and offerings may change without notice.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
FOOD SAFETY
Customers are responsible for:
Proper transportation of purchased products
Prompt refrigeration or freezing where appropriate
Safe storage, preparation, and handling
Raw animal products must be handled and cooked appropriately.
Narrow Gate Homestead is not responsible for spoilage, misuse, improper storage, allergic reactions, or food handling after products leave our possession.
Customers are responsible for communicating food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary concerns before purchase.
WHOLESALE AND RESTAURANT SALES
Wholesale and restaurant purchases may be subject to separate agreements, pricing, availability limitations, and fulfillment requirements.
Where separate agreements apply, those agreements control.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Narrow Gate Homestead reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, decline reservations, cancel requests, or refuse the sale of products at our sole discretion, except where prohibited by applicable law.
WEBSITE CONTENT
All text, photographs, logos, graphics, and other website content remain the property of Narrow Gate Homestead unless otherwise noted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
